The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, gym name, and city and country. You may also provide a website or social profile, years in business, number of students, current programs, coaching background, and reasons for seeking AKA affiliation. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; other fields may be left blank.

We receive the information you submit and any information you choose to include in email correspondence. Please provide student counts only, rather than student names or records, and avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Hosting, network, form-delivery, and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals to operate and protect their services. Your browser may also retain information through its own autofill or session features.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your interest in affiliation, communicate with you, assess potential business relationships, and maintain records of those discussions. We use technical information to deliver and maintain the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure website, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.

Form delivery and service providers

When you select Send inquiry, your browser sends the form to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to akalicensing@gmail.com. You may be asked to complete a security check on FormSubmit’s website. Our inbox is hosted by Google’s Gmail service. These providers process information needed to deliver, secure, and support their services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

We may share information with service providers supporting website hosting, email, security, and business administration where needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize distribution of your details to unrelated gyms, athletes, or marketing partners.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website application does not use advertising pixels, visitor analytics, session recordings, or browser local storage to track visitors or save inquiry answers. Our hosting and network providers may use technologies needed to operate and secure their services.

When you continue to FormSubmit to submit an inquiry, its service and security checks, including reCAPTCHA, may use cookies and process browser, device, and interaction information. Their privacy notices apply to those services. You can manage cookies and saved site data in your browser settings, although blocking certain technologies may affect form submission.

If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide choices or request consent where required before using them.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate and manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether a relationship develops, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us.

The website application does not maintain a separate inquiry database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Copies delivered to our email inbox are subject to our correspondence retention practices, and provider logs and backups are subject to the relevant service provider’s retention practices.

We use HTTPS for the website’s form-delivery connection. No online service, email system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, medical information, or student records through the inquiry form.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may browse without submitting an inquiry and may leave optional fields blank. You can contact akalicensing@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights have exceptions. We may request information proportionate to verifying your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

This website does not use cross-context behavioral advertising or sell personal information, so there is no such activity to opt out of here. The application does not alter its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

International visitors

We operate in the United States. Our website, form, and email providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location. A gym’s appearance in our location list does not mean that your inquiry is sent to that gym or country.

Children’s privacy

This website is for adult gym owners and business representatives. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not a student-registration service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Other websites and changes to this policy

Other websites and services have their own privacy practices, including those you visit to complete a form security check. This policy does not govern another website simply because it uses the AKA name.

We may update this policy as our practices change and will revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required by law.
